At New Wave Spiritual Apparel, your satisfaction is important to us. Because all products are custom-made to order via Printful, we have specific guidelines in place regarding returns and refunds. Please read below carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Since each item is printed on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect sizes ordered
Color preferences or variations
Shipping delays outside our control
Please double-check sizing charts and order details before checking out.
Returns or Replacements Are Only Accepted If:
The product is defective
There was a printing error
You received the wrong item
The item was damaged during shipping
If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@newwavespiritualapparelgraphictees.com with:
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Your order number
We will review the case and submit it to Printful for approval. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued at no extra cost.
Wrong Address Policy
If you provided an incorrect or incomplete address and the order is returned to the Printful facility, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it. Contact us immediately if you've made a mistake during checkout.
Refund Processing
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by couriers
Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
Customs fees for international orders
If your package is lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate and help with a resolution.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Customized, digital, and our apparel items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Yes. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll make it right.
